CONDITIONS
This guarantee only applies to
the products. All worktops, sinks, cornices and all
other incidental accessories whether supplied by the
Company or not are specifically excluded from this
guarantee.
This guarantee applies only to products installed
in the United Kingdom.
This guarantee covers only the first purchaser
from the Retailer and applies only to the first installation
of the products. This guarantee is not transferable
to any other person and does not apply if the products
are moved after first installation.
This guarantee applies only to products intended
for and used for private domestic use. It does not
apply to products intended for or used in the course
of a business, trade or profession.
This guarantee does not apply to any products which
are rendered defective or damaged during installation,
or caused by unsatisfactory planning, improper use,
negligent use, fair wear and tear, accident, neglect
or by any attempt at repair or adjustment.
This guarantee is nul and void if any replacement
products which may be required become unavailable
to the Company or the supply of which is ceased, and
is outside the control of the Company.
This guarantee does not cover any claim for consequential
loss or damage. The cost of carriage to and from the
Company and all labour costs and expenses of installation,
repair or replacement shall be borne by the purchaser.
Any claim under this guarantee should initially
be made to the retailer from whom the products were
purchased. Where this is not possible or a response
is not received from the retailer within a reasonable
time the Company should be notified in writing of
the matter. Proof of your purchase will be required
to validate this guarantee.
THIS GUARANTEE IS OFFERED AS AN EXTRA BENEFIT AND
DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
